Junior Digital Project Coordinator
Digital nomads. Work from anywhereCompany: JHC Consulting
JHC Consulting is currently supporting a major European logistics provider as they undergo a significant expansion of their regional operations. This engagement requires a high degree of organizational discipline to manage the complex flow of information between internal leaders and our advisory principals. We are seeking a Junior Digital Project Coordinator to join our firm on a permanent, full-time basis to oversee the digital lifecycle of our mandates. This role is intended for an entry-level professional who values clear communication and the structural integrity of a project over the usual ceremonies of corporate management.
The Role
In this position, you will be responsible for the logistical coordination of our digital project environments. Your work centers on ensuring that the research and drafting phases of our mandates remain on schedule and that all contributory documents are organized with absolute precision. You will act as the primary point of logical contact for the digital assets related to the logistics provider expansion, tracking the movement of sensitive memoranda from initial research through to final revision. Unlike traditional project management roles that rely on slide decks, your work will focus on protecting the time and focus of the authors who produce our signed reports.
On a day-to-day basis, you will manage project timelines, coordinate the collection of internal records from the client, and maintain our internal documentation standards. You will ensure that every document undergoes the necessary cycles of reading and scrutiny before it is finalized. Success in this role is measured by the clarity of our project archives and the smooth transition of a mandate from a conceptual brief to a finished memorandum.
What You Bring
We require someone with an exceptional level of attention to detail and a natural inclination toward the written word. You may have recently completed a university degree in a field that emphasizes rigorous analysis and clear writing, such as law, history, philosophy, or economics. While this is an entry-level position, we expect you to possess a high degree of intellectual maturity and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* A bachelor degree or equivalent experience in an analytical field.
* The ability to write clear, grammatically correct English without relying on corporate jargon.
* Experience organizing digital filing systems or document management workflows.
* The capacity to identify gaps in an information set and follow through on their resolution.
* A preference for working independently and managing your own schedule without constant supervision.
* Basic familiarity with project management software and a willingness to learn the specific JHC method of project tracking.
* The bravery to point out when a deadline is at risk or when a process is failing to meet our standards.
How We Work
At JHC Consulting, we believe that writing is thinking. We do not participate in the standard rituals of consulting: there are no unnecessary workshops, no complex slide presentations, and no reliance on buzzwords to fill the space where thought should be. We produce signed memoranda that provide a definitive record of our counsel. As a coordinator, you support this model by ensuring that the digital tools we use remain invisible and effective, allowing our principals to focus on the rigorous analysis our clients expect.
Working at JHC Consulting
Our firm is small by design and operates as a 100 percent remote practice. This structure allows us to hire the best talent regardless of where they are located. We offer a high degree of autonomy and expect a high degree of accountability in return. The Junior Digital Project Coordinator role is a paid position, offering a competitive rate for the entry-level market. You will have the opportunity to observe high-level strategic advisory work and learn how complex corporate challenges are addressed through disciplined thought and argument.
Working remotely at JHC requires a specific mindset. We rely on the written word for our internal coordination as much as we do for our client deliverables. You will be expected to manage your tasks with minimal interference, providing regular, concise updates on the status of your project mandates.
Every piece of work that leaves our firm concludes with a signature. This is a commitment to the quality and the honesty of the thinking within the document. Even in a coordination role, we expect you to take full ownership of your contributions. When a project archive is complete and accurate, it reflects the individual discipline you brought to the mandate. We value this sense of personal responsibility because it is the only way to maintain the standards our clients require when they ask us for counsel on their most sensitive strategic questions.
