📌 Responsibilities:

-Initial issues qualification, debug and extend with details;

-Provide technical support to customers according to the support procedures;

-Guarding and meeting the SLAs;

-Maintains support case status, including root cause, within the support case management system;

-Initial identification, debug, investigation of the issue;

-Classification of requests and escalation to L3 Support team;

-Close cooperation between customers and L3 team;

-Maintain a knowledge base and scripts for the L1 Support team;

-Learning and self development in cloud technologies based on AWS and/or GCP.

📌Requirements:

-Good technical troubleshooting and problem resolutions skills;

-Excellent presentation and communication skills;

-Experience with any ticketing system (JIRA, Zendesk, Service now, etc.);

-To be ready to work on shifts (including holidays and night shifts);

-Experience in a technical support role is a plus;

-Experience with Cloud Platforms(AWS, GCP);

-Linux administration Knowledge of networking concepts;

-Responsibility, result-oriented, team working, attentiveness to details, ability to learn quickly.
