A black adult film actor is suing a director after his white female costar called him the N-word twice during a scene without his permission.
Maurice McKnight, 38, whose porn star name is "Moe the Monster," filed a lawsuit at the Los Angeles County Superior Court against Arizona-based DF Productions, Inc. and James Joseph Camp III on Thursday.
McKnight claims that Camp tried to convince him twice to consent to the racial slur, but he adamantly refused. "I told him, 'No, I don't like the word,'" McKnight told BuzzFeed News . "I said, 'I don't care if she's OK with it—I don't like that word and I'm not down with it.'"
The adult film actor says his costar, Deborah Hinkle, whose porn name is Ryan Conner, was present during both exchanges but she said the word twice anyway while filming the ejaculation scene which was later uploaded to interracial porn website dogfart.com.
"I just felt violated and betrayed," McKnight told New York Daily News . "I've shot over 50 scenes for this company. For a long time, I was one of their top guys. And I'm always publicly talking about racism. For them to even ask me was an insult, then to do it against my will, it hurts. It feels like it was a setup."
Dan Gilleon, McKnight's attorney, said: "The use of the N-word in the workplace is extraordinarily harmful to African American workers. It's a violent, abusive word that embodies the pure evil of racism. It has no place in our society," he said. "Moe is going high by filing a lawsuit instead of acting in kind to this egregious act of racism."
According to the lawsuit, DF Productions, Inc. "targets racist viewers and entices them into paying DFI money in exchange for the right to view racist adult films."
After the incident, McKnight asked for the footage to be edited by the company, but the director refused his demands. McKnight alleged that Cable Rosenberg, the owner of the company, also sent him abusive messages when he continued to protest the "fraudulent act of racism in the workplace" over the next several months.
"Make your dick hard again and stop being a beta male… It's getting embarrassing. Anymore tortious interference and we'll take this to court," Rosenberg wrote in a text message to McKnight, according to the court documents.
Camp also said in a message to McKnight: "You're a disgrace. To your people. To your family. To yourself."
In the lawsuit, McKnight alleged that the messages not only "constituted further discrimination, they also determined the malice and ill will the defendants held towards McKnight."
Newsweek was unable to reach Rosenberg or Camp for comment. Hinkle has not responded to a request for comment.

The man with the world’s largest penis insists he won’t have it reduced – even though he won’t ever be able to have sex.
Roberto Esquivel Cabrera, 54, from Saltillo, has a penis which measures a staggering 18.9 inches when flaccid.
He hit headlines when he smashed the unofficial world record held by US actor Jonah Falcon, whose penis was 9.5 inches flaccid and 13.5 inches when erect.
Yet despite being super-endowed, the 54-year-old’s penis has caused him a number of health problems, including frequent urinary tract infections because not all his urine escapes his foreskin.
He’s also unable to sleep on his front and has to put his penis, which has to be wrapped in bandages, on its own pillow so he’s not in discomfort at night.

His doctor, Dr Jesus David Salazar Gonzalez, said: ‘We have advised him “Roberto, the best thing for you is that the doctors give a normal shape to your penis so that it doesn’t hurt you, in order to have sexual relationships, in order to have children”.
‘But he doesn’t accept it, he’d rather have a penis bigger than the rest of the people.’
‘In Latin culture whoever has the bigger penis is more macho. It’s something that makes him different to the rest of the people and makes him feels special.’
Doctors recently did a thorough examination of Mr Cabrera’s penis, confirming suspicions that the bulk of his nearly 20-inch penis is foreskin.
His penile glands stretch only seven inches, meaning the rest of his member is completely foreskin and blood vessels.
They have also been able to offer some insight in just how his penis became quite so large – they say he has been stretching his penis with weights since his teenager.
Dr Gonzalez added: ‘He was obsessed with the penis length. He began with this enlargement since he was a teenager, wrapping some bands around his penis with some weights and trying to stretch it.’

Though Roberto loves his penis, he says it is a ‘disability’ and stops him from working, forcing him to rely on food banks to survive.
He said: ‘I cannot wear a uniform like anybody in the companies and also I cannot get on my knees.
‘I cannot run fast and so the companies think badly of me. They say that they will call me, but they never do.’
According to the Mexican, after initially dismissing his claim, the government has now recognised him as disabled.
Every four months he receives some economic assistance, but ‘it’s not enough’, he says.
Another downside to having such a gigantic penis is that many people believe it is a hoax.
He said: ‘Sometimes when the people ask me if it’s real or not, I ask them “Do you want to see it?”’

Remember the man with the biggest penis in the world, Roberto Esquivel Cabrera? You know, the dude who has a dick so fucking big that he had to register as disabled because he can’t even work because of his monster penis?
Well, it looks like Cabrera and his mammoth 18.9 inch dong have a rival: the awesomely-named Jonah Falcon.
While Falcon technically has the world’s second biggest penis, measuring a whopping 13.5 inches, he’s claiming that Cabrera is a total cheater and that his manhood is not natural, but rather the result of “stretching.”
“His penis isn’t 19 inches,” Falcon told The Sun . “Doctors have acknowledged this and said he could have a normal sex life if he is essentially circumcised. [Roberto’s story] has been going around for the past two-and-a-half years. The man stretched his foreskin constantly, from what I understand, but it’s normal underneath.
“I think it’s ridiculous and he seems kind of desperate. No matter how big he is, it’s not going to change the fact that I’m 13.5 inches.”
Damn, the title for the world’s biggest dick has now turned into a actual pissing contest. But Falcon begs to differ, saying there is no competition.
“I’m not competing with anybody, at least not directly. It’s not going to change who I am and what I have and in my eyes, it’s kind of pathetic. If you can’t use it, what good is it for?”
But here’s the thing – Falcon isn’t wrong about Cabrera. According to a CT scan, most of Cabrera’s penis is foreskin, meaning Falcon might have the actual biggest dong in the world.
“Our findings on the CT scan were that he has a very large foreskin, it goes almost to the knee,” says radiologist Jesus Pablo Gilmore.”The glands themselves are only six to seven inches from the pubic. It doesn’t go all the way through the foreskin.”
Interesting. But no matter who actually has the bigger penis is, one thing is for certain: They’re both ungodly huge. God bless.
