Julianne Hough , Nina Dobrev and actress Milissa Sears dropped their bathing suit bottoms for a cheeky picture on Thursday. Captioned “Full moons,” a real full moon also made an appearance in Hough’s picture.

Dobrev, Hough and the rest of their entourage (which included Hough’s brother, Derek) posted other photos of their lake trip in Idaho, too.
The ladies lounged in bikinis and pulled out the red solo cups for some fun on the boat.

Spoiler: It's not about flat abs and a tight butt.
Julianne Hough is stoked this morning. She's the cover star of the Women's Health Naked Strength issue, and she hopped on Instagram to share a short no-makeup selfie video about what the shoot meant to her and why she chose to pose naked.
"For so many years, I've been asked multiple times to do a cover shoot that shows skin or that's revealing and I've always said no and it hasn't been something that felt important to me," she said. "But when Women's Health came to me and asked me to be on their Naked Strength issue, it was at the perfect time because I have been going through one of the most transformational journeys of my life this last year."
Julianne continued: "It's more of a metaphor to me. It's not about showing my physical body on the cover or get flat abs or a tight butt today. It's more about what this journey was for me this year about shedding and coming back to the core and essence of who I am and how I got there."
So why did she want to bare it all? "I wanted to be vulnerable and show the strength and what it means to be raw and exposed. There's nothing to be ashamed of or to hide when it comes to your growth. That's the purpose of why I wanted to do this shoot. I get emotional thinking about it."
Julianne paused, and her eyes filled up with tears. "It was such a trying year, but it was the best year of my life," she continued. "The growth that I had, all I want to do is share that with you. The freedom that I feel now, the limitless, the boundless, and the opportunity that I feel is just now opening up."
She thanked Women's Health for "doing such a beautiful job" and giving her a platform to share her journey before welcoming fans to join Kinrgy , her new fitness movement. "We want you to join in and have your own transformational journey of growth and opportunity. Kin stands for tribe and family and that's what we are. When we do it together we're better."
Julianne wrapped up her video: "Hopefully you'll feel something, that you're ready to step into transformation, whether it's physically, mentally, or spiritually, we are here for you and that's what Kinrgy is. Thank you guys so much. Love you guys so much."
