Jones Chevrolet Buick Inc. is the county's oldest dealership and one of the oldest in the area. Jones has been a family owned business for 93 years and is now in its 4th generation. When Frank Jones opened his Chevrolet garage in Lone Rock in 1922 the automobile was almost a novelty and roads were scarcely more than dirt paths. In 1930 Frank moved his business to Richland Center. In December of 2000 operation was begun out of a new state-of-the-art facility on Hwy 14 East. Jones Chevrolet Buick offers a large inventory of new and used vehicles parts and service and body shop.

They have skilled employees that are knowledgeable and seem happy to assist with what we wish to have done. Terrible! I bought a used van from them and got the information printed out for the amount due. When we went to sign, the amount was more. Why? Supposedly their system messed up and didn't include taxes. And they knew about the issue, but didn't seem to care nor took the time to double check the sheet to make sure it was correct before giving it to me. Would I have purchased at that price? Hell no. No apology, nothing. The salesman (Collin) didn't offer any information about the vehicle at all. I got everything from CarFax online. Didn't even try to sell it to me, was very impersonal. I asked about getting a roof rack and he said we could buy one, the van had one already! Seriously. They didn't disclose a serious chemical spill in the vehicle, we are now stuck with a vehicle that makes us nauseous and gives us headaches. Laundry soap EVERYWHERE in the carpet. I have never regretted a vehicle purchase or encounter with a dealership so much in my life. Stay the hell away!!!!
