ONLINE SCHOOL COORDINATOR (with a background in Customer Relations / Communications / Marketing / Training Coordination)

Role Overview

The Online School Coordinator is responsible for the management and promotion of Khul World’s Self-Engineering programs. This role ensures the effective delivery of transformative courses, webinars, challenges, and podcasts that empower individuals to consciously design their personal and professional lives. The coordinator will lead community engagement, oversee content creation, and ensure the smooth delivery of program experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Management

• Develop, schedule, and oversee Self-Engineering courses, and challenges.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create impactful content and experiences.
• Coordinate online webinars, networking events, and live sessions.

2. Community Engagement & Growth

• Foster a thriving community of Self-Engineering participants through digital platforms.
• Maintain ongoing communication with participants, addressing queries and gathering feedback.
• Organize online community events and discussion groups to enhance connection.
• Design and execute participant engagement challenges.

3. Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor participant engagement, course completion rates, and user feedback.
• Generate and present monthly reports on program performance.
• Recommend improvements for enhanced user experience.

4. Operational & Administrative Support

• Coordinate participant registration, payments, and program access.
• Ensure digital platforms are functional and user-friendly.
• Maintain accurate records of participant data and progress.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in program management, event coordination, or marketing.
• Strong skills in digital marketing, social media marketing, and customer engagement.
• Experience in managing teams and working with instructors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Amharic
• Detail-oriented and organized with a problem-solving mindset
• A “player-coach” who can both manage teams and get into the weeds when necessary.

Desirable Qualities of Advantage

• Experience working with Learning Management Systems
• A passion for Self-Transformation and Wellbeing
• Passion and Experience in Community Service. Eg. Rotaract, Rotary, AIESEC, DOT
• Experience with building strong and engaged teams/community
• Communicating through visualization and design
