CORPORATE TRAINING/PROGRAM COORDINATOR (with a background in Corporate Events/Training/ Communication/ Account Management)

Role Overview:

The Corporate Training/Program Coordinator will oversee the operations, client relations, marketing, and delivery of Khul’s corporate programs. This includes managing customized workshops, trainings, and wellness events for corporate clients to ensure high-impact service delivery and business growth. This position requires a dynamic, organized, and strategic individual who can coordinate multiple initiatives while driving client satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Corporate Programs & Client Coordination

• Market and promote Khul Corporate services (trainings, workshops, wellness programs) to grow client base.
• Manage relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met and programs are tailored to their objectives.
• Coordinate with facilitators and trainers to ensure smooth delivery of programs.
• Track client feedback and implement improvements for future engagements.
• Ensure a high-quality experience for all corporate clients and participants.

2.    Workshop & Event Management

• Strategically promote and market both online and offline corporate programs.
• Organize logistics for events and workshops, including venue setup, materials preparation, and participant registrations.
• Act as an event manager during corporate training sessions and workshops, ensuring smooth execution.
• Engage with corporate partners for future training opportunities and retention.

3.    Reporting & Analytics

• Track and analyze participation, revenue, and client feedback metrics.
• Provide comprehensive reports on the financial performance of corporate events, client participation, and program outcomes.
• Offer insights and strategies for continuous improvement of Khul Corporate services.

4.    Growth & Engagement Strategy

• Develop and implement strategies to expand Khul Corporate’s presence and client base.
• Identify partnership opportunities with organizations to drive visibility and business growth.
• Innovate ways to increase both online and offline traffic and engagement for Khul Corporate services.

5.    Social Media & Content Management

• Collaborate with the Media and Marketing Coordinator to manage Khul Corporate’s social media presence.
• Create and schedule content that drives corporate leads, sales, and visibility.
• Implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and interaction within the corporate sector.

6.    Client Retention & Relationship Building

• Manage and expand relationships with existing corporate clients to drive repeat business.
• Organize follow-up sessions and exclusive client events to strengthen partnerships.
• Maintain regular communication with clients through email, LinkedIn, and dedicated platforms.

7.    Additional Contributions & Innovation

• Suggest and implement new ideas to improve client engagement, conversions, and program delivery.
• Support in partnership development with industry leaders, organizations, and influencers to grow Khul Corporate's network.
• Stay updated on corporate wellness and productivity trends to integrate them into Khul’s offerings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Background in digital marketing, client relations, or corporate sales management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication, networking, and client engagement abilities.
• Experience in B2B sales, digital marketing, and corporate partnerships.
• Passionate about wellness, corporate productivity, and holistic work-life balance.
• Experience in event management, corporate training, or wellness programs is preferred.

 Desirable Qualities of Advantage
