Instructions state to assemble wall and then install liner. Put maximum of 6 inches of water and then assemble entire pool and decking. Then fill with water. Im only asking because im having the fire department fill the pool because im on well and im concerned its going to take to long to assemble all the decking with the liner sitting almost empty.
