Job Posting Financial Assistant
We are looking for a self-driven, part-time Financial Assistant to work with our Financial Manager to support our existing client base on an ongoing basis. Financial Assistants will be working on an "at-will" basis, completing tasks efficiently and on time to ensure proficient workflow.
DUTIES OF EMPLOYMENT:
A Financial Assistant will have to fulfill and showcase responsibilities such as:
-Routine handling of financial/banking transactions with the utmost punctuality and accuracy;
-Having considerably strong verbal and written communication skills;
-Preparing and organizing invoices, balance sheets, bank statements, etc.;
-Performing reconciliations for bank accounts, credit card statements, etc.;
-Overseeing, keeping track of and managing all bank accounts and account receivables.
Skills/Experience/Training Required:
-Verbal and written communication skills;
-Ability to prioritize and multi-task;
-Strong organizational and detail-orientation skills;
-Education Level: High School diploma or equivalent (GED/HiSET);
-Positive attitude and open outlook.
Job Type: Part-time
Compensation: $2,000 - $2,500 per month
Work Location: Remote / At-home
Hours per week: 10-11
Schedule: Monday to Friday
