I’m happy for her and she handled this professionally, but damn JK acted very unprofessional. It’s very black and white and no grey, I would have assumed that they would’ve let her go in a better way instead of basically just firing her. Considering they were close and JK spewing about family, one would assume that they give better notice, and have a better type of conversation and back up for a staff member which is also a friend. I am disappointed with JK and I have unsubscribed from them (JK) and unfollowed Bart Joe and Geo on Instagram.

Is it just me or is insane that she basically worked for them for two years for free???? How the hell do they have any employees with that mentality.
They sure brainwashed her into think they were doing her a service there. She'll realize it some day but they completely used her for labour.
I mean, she became fairly wealthy without putting any real effort into it. That was all thanks to them. Tbh, she's such a radical basket case that I can't feel bad for her.
So I know Casey needs to work and all, especially in this crazy economy, so I don't really slight him for that technically, but seeing how this went down with his own wife, how in the hell did he feel comfortable enough to not only keep working with JKN, but do so ON camera in HER old role as host?? Casey went to school for film, right? He's got talent, so I'm sure he could get hired somewhere in the industry and do well.
What else does he have going for him? Joining JK was the worst decision of his career..dude threw years away on an amateur hour movie when people were actually doing real shit.
It's just that the field is pretty competitive right now, and not a lot of openings due to covid. He probably has been looking for a job and sticking with JK for the time.
Straight up refusing to talk to someone for months. Someone that you’ve been friends (or maybe it was “friends” all along and they just didn’t let tiff in on that fact) with for years while you knew you’d already fired them and were looking for a replacement. Sounds like the limit for social intelligence was met in elementary school for “the owners.”
I would say Tiff was only treated well as long as Geo was her "friend" then when Geo dropped Tiff, Bart had the go ahead to fire her. He's always given Tiff grief on JKN.
1 month of not being booked plus Tiff went visiting grandma at this time for 3 weeks, Tiff wants to talk but there is a 3 week delay from JK, then Tiff on a week long trip = 2 months total but really it was 3 weeks of delay
2 months was exaggerated it was really 3 weeks, these are the facts she gave.
They only refused to talk for 3 weeks and that was right after Tiff came back from sick Grandma trip. So you could even say it wasn’t even the right time to talk yet.
Haha, I love how Bart and Joe and Geo are all hiding behind their asshole moves. Tiff literally went to look into helping her sick grandmother and these assholes come back with "You're fired BITCH!" They then rationalize it like this was a long time coming.
What makes me especially sick is that Steve acts like he's so friendly with Tiff and they probably are very nice to each other, but because Steve's lost his ass in crypto, he's got to keep sucking on the JK dicks to keep getting paid. And I'm going to bet slowly over time, Steve is going to see how much he dislikes Joe and Bart and will leave the show eventually.

I felt like I had to comment on this , but sticking up for someone isn't always easy. There's things you just don't know and at the end of the day they don't all talk to each other 24 hours of the day so it's possible Steve wasn't aware of the entire scope of the situation until things surfaced. Steve's been talking about crypto since 2014! I don't know why people think he's a nutcase, it's his passion turned into big investments but crypto is the talk everywhere so these crypto comments don't mean anything.
Similarly, Bart and Joe run the company and they can do whatever the fuck they want , if a all boys cast is what they want then that's on them! The point we need to make clear is how disrespectful it was to let tiff Go like that.
The topic of conversation doesn't matter, the upload schedule doesn't matter it's literally a matter of letting go of "family" in this manner and not mentioning anything to fans .

As expected. JK has a clear shelf life and it was only a matter of time. With all the other channels shutting down there is no role for her anymore.
It's only a matter of when the entire thing ends now. Bart and Geo are barely JK anymore... They are family people + the gym is their business. David was gone a long time ago. Casey + Tiff are doing their own branding stuff. Joe eventually gonna go full time life coach stuff where he teaches you basic shit for free like how to not be lazy and charges you $970 for the full course.
JK is no longer their passion and JKN is only alive because it makes money.
That’s true and it only takes one day out of their week too. I just feel like their personalities have changed a lot. Joe used to be actually funny now all he does is interrupt and says dumb shit. It feels like he became a meme of himself. You can see the frustration in the people’s faces when he wants to bring the attention back to himself. As with Bart you can see that he’s over it. He barely talks anymore. And with Steve, Joe never lets him talk. He’s always talking over him. Also they gotta stop doing political articles it never ends well for them.
The making of danger boyz was a jk passion. They want to do more of that so it'll never die, it just wont stay consistent in their output
JKN doesn't make that much money either. They're only doing it because its fun. They get to hang out together and shoot the shit, with minimum effort.
All the other stuff is true. They're making way more money through other avenues, and learning adult stuff. They arent really learning anything or getting challenged through JKN, they just like to meet up with friends and chat.

I can see her on Twitch. Start with an art channel maybe expand into livestreaming. She already has the 2 main things to be successful on Twitch female and Asian lol. Plus she's got connections with pokimane.
She seriously needs to make one! I think she's met other people from Offline Tv as well, so she should definitely try it out. I would love to watch her streams. :)

Twitch IRL side job is hard because there lot of competition. You have to gain a hug following. Doesn't what matter race . You need personality and something else. Same goes to youtuber. Maybe it best for her to get normal job .

Called it a while ago and this totally doesn't surprise me. JK is really in a downwards spiral with shutting down channels, being out of touch, letting go of people etc.
I've also always said that Julia should start her own thing. Whenever she did podcasts or interviews on other channels, her videos would always get more views. I remember her going on Bobby Lee's brothers show. Geo, Gina etc. also went on it and Julia's episode got loads of better views. She has a loyal fanbase and she should take advantage of it. Start a fully new channel and grow the shit out of it.
She should take what she learnt from JK and do the opposite. Like not swearing and beeping it all out, to stay monetization friendly. It also wouldn't fit her personality if she was dirty and swearing the whole time. Also pick a name for a channel that wouldn't get flagged like that stupid ''hey bitch'' name. I swear, the JK crew always talks a big talk like they know the ''YouTube game'' while they do the dumbest shit YouTube wise. That's also why JKN stopped growing. Now they're changing silly things like cutting the intro off JKN episodes. They probably saw in the analytics that people clicked away FAST. But that's imo more due to Tiff's drawn out presenting style, but that's another topic.
Julia should start a whole new channel, do something positive, steer away from topics she isn't educated about to avoid incredibly stupid opinions and she'll be fine. She can do vlogs and all that stuff, but she should differentiate herself. She's great at drawing and she should use that skill. Maybe do live streaming while creating a work of art. Do videos about her favorite Pokémon or whatever and draw them while talking about it. She can do all kinds of geeky, cute things and be totally herself. Something she couldn't ever be on JK.
Yes i do agree JK always talk big when it comes to business or youtube game. Then there's 16 year olds from vine who lapped them within the first 4 months of youtube and they have successful side businesses.
