It's estimated that the majority of women aren't wearing the correct bra size.
And Jessica Rowe proved to be no exception when she stripped off on live TV to be correctly fitted for a bra - discovering her breast size is in fact a C cup, not an A like she previously thought.
Bra expert Angela Favaloro measured the mother-of-two, who had stripped down to her bra and skirt for the segment on Studio 10, and revealed Jessica's true size.
'Crikey! That is... Can I hug you? That is a miracle! I thought I was an A,' exclaimed the veteran presenter on Thursday's show.

'No, you're a 10C,' corrected Angela, a bra specialist for David Jones.
She went on to explain: 'There is all different shapes of 10Cs. We look at the body shape, and Jessica has got a high rib cage, and we look at body length.'
The 45-year-old had stripped down live to demonstrate how a bra should fit in partnership with the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

'A lot of women think they wear the same bra for most of their life. But your bra size changes, as does the shape of your bra,' Angela explained.
'It's important to get fitted, and refitted.'
In October last year, Studio 10 had a model go bare breasted on the show, but with a more serious message.
The segment was a demonstration, courtesy of Dr Sam Hay, on how to conduct a proper self breast exam including the misconceptions when it comes to early detection.

Jessica proved to be a prime example of how many women can be completely unaware they are wearing the wrong bra size
'We warn viewers that there will be some nudity, but we’re all adults, we think it’s really important to show exactly what’s going on rather than just talking about it,' said host Sarah Harris.
'It needs to be done periodically and I think what a lot of woman don’t understand is it needs to be done as part of a bigger process, so we’re trying to find a change in your breast that may indicate risk,' explained Dr Hay.
The move was widely praised on social media: 'Congratulations on a very informative segment,' wrote one viewer on Facebook.
'Thanks so much Studio 10. As a young woman I was never formally taught how to do this,' wrote another.
