Jessica Biel Advocates for Mental Health Awareness with New Initiative

Los Angeles, CA – April 11, 2025

Acclaimed actress and philanthropist Jessica Biel has announced the launch of her latest venture, Mindful Together, a nonprofit initiative aimed at destigmatizing mental health struggles and increasing access to resources for underserved communities.

The 7th Heaven and The Sinner star revealed the project in an emotional Instagram post, sharing her own experiences with anxiety and the pressures of Hollywood. 'Mental health is just as important as physical health, yet so many people suffer in silence,' Biel wrote. 'I want to help create a world where no one feels alone in their struggles.'

Mindful Together will partner with schools, workplaces, and local organizations to provide free therapy sessions, mental health workshops, and crisis intervention programs. Biel has already secured support from fellow celebrities, including close friend Michelle Williams and her husband, Justin Timberlake, who will reportedly host a fundraising concert later this year.

Fans and mental health advocates have praised Biel’s transparency and commitment to the cause. 'Jessica’s willingness to speak openly about her own challenges is incredibly powerful,' said Dr. Elena Martinez, a psychologist collaborating on the project. 'This initiative could change countless lives.'
