NEW YORK (CBS) Jessica Alba may be viewed by many as one of the most beautiful stars in Hollywood, but the 29-year-old actress insists that she doesn't think so.
"Every actress out there is more beautiful than me," she tells British GQ in its November issue.
As the cover girl, Alba, who stars as the leading lady in Robert Rodriquez's "Machete," shows off a slim physique while sporting a white one-piece swimsuit.
But despite her alluring cover, the mother of one reveals that her body has changed after the birth of daughter, Honor Marie.
"My breasts are saggy, I've got cellulite, my hips are bigger," she says.
While she admits that she has "never been comfortable" showing off her body and being a sex symbol, Alba has now come to terms with it.
"I used to have anxiety attacks before I did the photo shoots. I'd never worn high heels or even dresses before I did movies . . . I wasn't even allowed to show my stomach in my house when I was growing up -- my parents were very strict. But this is the business I'm in, and it's made me a lot of money, so I can't complain."

The Hollywood beauty appeared to be feeling a little chilly under her sexy navy dress, as she promoted her Honest Company's new haircare range.
Wearing her brunette tresses down, the 35-year-old accidentally flaunted her nipples in the silky look.
The plunging attire highlighted Jessica's chest and incredibly trim figure thanks to it's clingy design and racy neckline.
The actress seemed far from concerned by her attention-grabbing assets as she strolled with colleagues in the sunshine.
Jessica polished off her attire with matching suede sandals, while carrying a large silver clutch bag under her arm.
"Love this girl @Jennifer__Yepez - we had a blast giving editors a sneak peek into @Honest_Beauty new haircare," she later tweeted her 9.25 million followers.
As the film star was in full-on work mode, it was unsurprising that she was minus her spouse Cash Warren and daughters, Honor, eight, and four-year-old Haven.
Jessica's outing comes after she was seen in the season two trailer for American reality show, Barely Famous.
The US hit follows Grammy-winning producer David Foster's daughters Erin and Sara as they attempt to further their careers.
Jessica is set make a cameo alongside Chris Martin and Chelsea Handler in the tongue-in-cheek show, which is yet to get a release date.
