Penile frenulum orgasm (“fremgasm”)
O n the previous page, we learned the basics about the anatomy and function of the penile frenulum (“frem”). Now I will demonstrate why some refer to the frem as the “male clitoris” by showing you how a man can acheive orgasm by lightly stimulating his frem with his fingertip.
In this 45-second video, I achieving orgasm by using my right index fingertip to lightly stimulate my penile frenulum (“frem”) at the visible ridge near the glans. My left hand stabilizes my penis by lightly gripping the base of the shaft.

Of coarse they do or else I may piss & spray all over. My foreskin is loose enough that it’s a two finger & slide the foreskin back, pee and shake. I generally squeeze out the last few drops and wipe unless I’m at a public urinal and then I shake it well and milk it as my urologist said to do to prevent those dribbles. Once I have completed my duties, the foreskin slides back over the glans & I zip up.
If your foreskin is too tight then there are some medical websites that show you how to properly stretch the skin to help loosen it. It takes a lot of patience & motivation.
