Jennette McCurdy who became famous because of the iCarly’s Show was recently spotted on a beach wearing a bikini showing off her curves. While paddleboarding with a mysterious person at the beach in Maui, Hawaii, she spent her weekend on an exclusive vacation on this tropical island. 
An American-Born Actor, songwriter, filmmaker, and Singer, who was born on June 26, in the year 1992 in Los Angeles City, California. McCurdy has three more elder brothers, and she often describes her own family as a “Dysfunctional Mormon Family”. The star became a celebrity through the Nickledon Sitcom Show iCarly, which she starred along with the Pop Star Ariana Grande. However, her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and was undergoing various surgeries and treatments like Chemotherapy and Bone Marrow Transplant. 
Although, her first show at acting came with Mad TV at the age of 8 in the year 2000. In addition to this, the next chance was in the Movie Stark where she was cast as Rocky’s Sister. After that, she got more opportunities in various other Popular Movies like Malcolm in the Middle, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Close to Home, The Penguins of Madagascar, Over There, Law and Order SVU, True Jackson, Will & Grace, Lincoln Heights, Medium, Zoey 101 and many more. In the year 2003, she got an acting opportunity to act along with her Role Model Harrison Ford for the Hollywood Homicide movie. 
For her acting in the movie Strong Medicine as Hailey Compos, Jennette McCurdy earned the Young Actress Award for Best Performance. Apart from the movies the child actor also appeared in many advertisements over the years, most popular among them is the one for the sprint, where she made a public service announcement on how to cross the road safely. Her break in the acting career came in the year 2007 when she got the opportunity for a starring role as Sam Puckett in iCarly TV Show. Furthermore, she got nominations for various awards because of her acting in the iCarly show as well as The Last Day of Summer Movie. 
She even got the opportunity for the Role of Bertha in Fred: The Movie, which is actually based on YouTube series on Fred Figgle Horn. However, in June 2008, the Star said that she is going to be concentrating on her music career as she was preparing for her first single known as So Close for her music debut. Although the song was officially released the next year, it became quite popular among the fans. Which prompted her to release her next single Homeless Heart, in the same year. However, this song was released by the star as a tribute to her late friend and co-actor Cody Waters who died of brain cancer. And the 20% of earnings made by this song were donated to the Cody Waters Foundation. 
Furthermore, in the very same year, she signed a deal with the music label Capitol Records Nashville. However, to increase the popularity of her upcoming album, she released songs from the album online for the fans to choose from. And her fans choose the “Not That Far Away” song which become a popular hit for the actor-turned singer. This song was released on August 17, 2010, which was followed by the Generation Love song. However, in the year the actor left the capitol Records Nashville Music label as she was juggling between her acting and music career. In addition to this, she took a break from both industries to spend some time in Hawaii where she was spotted with a mysterious stranger, as the news loves to call him. 
An American teen sitcom series that ran on Nickledon Channel from the year 2007 to 2012. The show cast various popular actors for the roles, such as Miranda Cos Grove as Carly, Noah Munck as Gibby, Nathan Kress as Freddie, Jannette McCurdy as Sam, and Jerry Trainor as Spencer. The show focuses on Carly Shay who along with his best friends create the iCarly web show. This TV Show has won many awards and nominations over the years, which further boosted the popularity of the cast among the fans. 
Although the main reason for its popularity is the comedy punches throughout the show, as it helped Ariana Grande become a celebrity as well as the other cast. And the storyline and the concepts for each episode in the show made the show more unique and engaging for teenagers as well as people of all ages.

She recently scored a new Nickelodeon spin off as her hit show iCarly draws to a close.
And it appears that Jennette McCurdy is celebrating with a tropical getaway.
The 20-year-old tween star displayed her curves in a grey bikini and multi-coloured swimming shorts as she indulged in some paddle boarding in Maui, Hawaii today.

The American sitcom star had a ball as she took to the water with a mystery man.
Putting some muscle into the activity, Jennette displayed her athletic prowess.
As she grew tired of the water sport, she and her handsome companion relaxed on their boards and soaked up the sun.
Floating on the water, the pair appeared very close, with Jennette at one point reaching over to stroke him on the chest.

The Californian native from Long Beach has a lot to celebrate at the moment.
Nickelodeon earlier this month announced that she would star in a spinoff of her hit show iCarly, alongside fellow tween actress Ariana Grande, the star of Nickelodeon's other successful series Victorious.
In the show, currently titled Sam & Cat, Jennette will reprise her iCarly role of Sam Puckett, while Ariana will once again play her Victorious character Cat Valentine.

The series is centered around two roommates who start their own baby-sitting business.
Jennette recently expressed her excitement about starring on the show, which will be directed by iCarly's Dean Schneider. 
'I couldn't be under a better person's wing, so I'm really happy about that decision,' Jennette said in an interview.
'I haven't seen a script ... so I'm dying for information.'

Jennette just recently finished filming the last ever episode of iCarly.
'The last day of shooting was really sad,' she said. 'There was a lot of crying and there were a lot of hugs going around. None of us wanted to say goodbye really.'
As well as an actress, Jennette is also an accomplished singer and released her first studio self-titled album this past June.

Jennette McCurdy recalled trying on a bikini at a wardrobe fitting for "iCarly" and feeling embarrassed.
In her memoir, McCurdy said that she hated "so much of my body being exposed."
The actress said she was "terrified of being looked at like a sexual being."
Jennette McCurdy said that she felt uncomfortable and embarrassed when she was asked to try on a bikini at a wardrobe fitting for " iCarly " as a teenager.
McCurdy wrote about her experience starring as Sam Puckett in Nickelodeon's "iCarly" and its spin-off series " Sam & Cat, " both of which were created by TV producer Dan Schneider, in her new memoir released on Tuesday titled " I'm Glad My Mom Died. " 
In her book, the actor said that her mom Debra McCurdy taught her to become anorexic at 11 years old and encouraged it so that she could "delay adulthood."
By the time she was cast as Sam in the sitcom, which ran for six seasons between 2007 and 2012 , McCurdy hit puberty and her body began changing.
"I'm standing behind the curtain in the dressing room of the soundstage that we shoot the show on," McCurdy recalled in her memoir. "My arms are folded across my body. My foot is tapping anxiously. I don't want to come out from behind the curtain."
The actress said that when the wardrobe department asked her to emerge so they could take one photo of her in the bikini, she was self-conscious.
"I step out," she wrote."I feel my cheeks blush with embarrassment. I hate this feeling, the feeling of so much of my body being exposed. It feels sexual to me. I'm ashamed."
McCurdy added: "I fold my arms across my body to try and cover it up more. I hunch my shoulders over like a little cave to protect me. I don't want to look sexual. I want to look like a child."
The actress said that her mom was present and tried to tell her to adjust her posture to "look more comfortable."
McCurdy said that the head of the wardrobe department told her she'd "definitely push for the one-piece," but it was necessary for her to try on a second bikini in order to appease an intimidating man in power that she referred to only as The Creator.
"I hate this," McCurdy wrote in her memoir."I want to be done with this wardrobe fitting. I asked if I could please just try on one-pieces with board shorts, the way that I feel most comfortable in a bathing suit. Being covered up. But our wardrobe designer said that The Creator explicitly asked for bikinis, and so she had to at least have me try on one or two of them so he had the option."
McCurdy said that she voiced her reluctance to try on another swimsuit, but the wardrobe designer told her "he wants options" and gave her a "'you know him' kind of expression that doesn't resonate."
"I don't know him. Not really. I've only met him a few times," McCurdy wrote. "He seems effusive and boisterous to me, but Mom says she's heard rumblings from crew members that he's got a 'hair-trigger temper' and to 'be sure not to get on his bad side.'"
When the actor eventually put on the last bikini, she was miserable.
"I feel sick to my stomach," McCurdy said. "I look at myself in the dressing room mirror."
She continued: "I'm small. I know I'm small. But I worry that my body is fighting the smallness. That it's trying to develop. To grow. I feel like I'm barely hanging on to my childlike body and the innocence that comes with it. I'm terrified of being looked at like a sexual being. It's disgusting. I'm not that. I'm this. I'm a child."
