我们使用Karak大道，经过Genting Sempah出口到68号公路，再前往Lato Chalok度假村。把车泊在Lato Chalok度假村附近，在Harry的带领下，我们就开始步行进入Lato Chalok度假村后的山林。

Janda Baik is a small village on the Main Range (otherwise known as Banjaran Titiwangsa) Pahang, Malaysia, located about 30 km from Kuala
Lumpur. The village is situated in a cooling atmosphere, cool breezing tropical climate of nightime 22 degree C to daytime 28 degree Celsius. The meeting of the Bunus and Ceringging rivers is the
birthplace of Janda Baik. Although the literal meaning of the name Janda Baik may sound odd, and is often derided as a place for 'good widow', it still a good place for summer camp &
adventure outing. (Heard this is the new location for Zoo Negara...)

By using Karak Highway, exit at Genting Sempah and continue driving on road no. 68 to Lato Chalok Chalet, Janda Baik. We parked our car near the Lato Chalok Resort. From here we started our
walking to the jungle behind the Lato Chalok Resort.

We climbed up several upslope in the beginning, soon the obvious trail lead us to the shady bamboo forest.

约半个小时的上山步程后，我们慢慢爬下山坡，山坡下就是Tampit第三层瀑布了。

After 30mins trekking, we reached 3rd tier. We scrambled down the slope slowly.

我们越过小溪到小溪的右边去，那里的石壁设有绳子让我们捉着攀上石壁，接着再往土坡上爬去。Tampit第七层瀑布就在山径的尽头。

We crossed the stream to the right river bank. There are ropes at the rockface to assist us climb up. After scrambled up the slope, at the end of the trail is the 7th tier of Tampit Fall.
