JavaScript Developer (Chrome Extensions Specialist)

Job Description:

Project / hourly based work with the potential to become full time after the first project (great if you want to earn more money on the side).

We are based in the UK, so it is a remote freelance role.

We are seeking an experienced JavaScript Developer with a solid understanding of Google's Chrome Extensions environment.

We are looking for a professional who is precise, detail-oriented, and proficient in solving complex programming challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Convert existing Python (selenium) code into a Google Chrome Extension.
2. Develop and maintain the Chrome extension to ensure optimum performance.
3. Work with Google Sheets API to read and utilize data for the Chrome extension.
4. Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting across Chrome extension and web application domains.

Requirements:

1. Strong knowledge and experience in JavaScript, Chrome Extensions
2. Proficiency in using Google Sheets API is required.
3. Previous experience in converting Python (selenium) scripts to Chrome extensions will be highly advantageous.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
