A young, innovative pricing software company is looking for a Java / Groovy developer.
Their goal is to become and remain a leading provider of SaaS solutions for pricing and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote). The company has been on the market since 2011, and among the customers there are already the largest European companies - Robert Bosch, MediaMarktSaturn, Kärcher.
You have to combine programming skills with functional analysis. This is a technical position with direct contact with a client, communication with which takes place remotely from a technology center in Prague. You will be constantly provided with technical support. If you want to go beyond standard development and go on to analyze customer requirements for agile, this is the job for you!
Roles and Duties:
- Receiving requirements and needs from client stakeholders
- Description of the business logic of client data models and data transformation scenarios
- Transformation of customer data models into software interface structures
- Customizing the platform to customer needs
Requirements and skills:
- Groovy development experience from 2 years
- Experience in Java from 2 years
- Experience with relational databases
- Understanding the principles of OOP
- HTML, JSON, REST API (or SOAP and WebSockets)
- Jira, GIT, Confluence
Good to have skills:
- Experience in pricing projects
- Experience in implementing enterprise software
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to effectively distribute time between tasks
Necessarily required:
- Spoken and written English (B2 and higher)
