The project: We hire developers to work on Jira, Atlassian's well-known project management tool that contains a host of features that make managing projects a breeze. We've developed a lot of them!

Your everyday activities will be focused on developing its feature and helping millions of Clients to use Jira every day.

Must have - Requirements

Production experience in Java 8

Deep architectural understanding of web applications 

Experience with back-end technologies such as Spring, Hibernate,  Lucene, SQL 

Experience with databases (PostgreSQL/) 

Experience with development through testing (TDD) 

Excellent English

Would be a plus

Knowledge of open-source libraries, tools, and frameworks, e.g. for logging,  wiring, testing, and building. The more the merrier! 

Experience with agile software development methodologies like XP and  Scrum 

Experience with AWS
