Java Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities
• Develop & maintain sophisticated backend applications using Java
• Design & implement new features based on business needs, following standards for code quality, test coverage, TDD, BDD, and performance
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality code & share knowledge
• Participate in system design & architectural decisions
• Propose improvements to enhance system efficiency & performance
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of Java development (v11+) & Spring Boot
• Familiarity with Oracle DB is a plus
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle
CI/CD experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills & attention to detail
• Strong communication & teamwork abilities
• Fluent Russian language
Preferred (bonus points)
• Knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
