Условия
● Salary level: from 3500 to 5000 euros gross, but no strict limits, have never rejected a
candidate due to their salary request
● Benefits:
- discretionary salary raise in the end of each calendar year
- discretionary cash and stock bonus in the end of each calendar year
- lunch paid by the company (up to 7.50 EUR/day)
- dental/vision expenses compensation of 205 EUR per year
- sport activities compensation of 45 EUR/month
- 2,000 EUR and 2 days off per year for conferences, online courses, seminars, etc.
● Relocation:
- No relocation experience
- Relocation package: willing to discuss, don’t have experience, cover the visa
● Office:
- Location: near the city center / 3-5 minutes by foot/bus/train, free parking
- No open spaces; Rooms for ~ 2-3 persons (everyone can concentrate)
- Remote work is not allowed due to the security reasons, but very flexible working hours
Требования
● 3+ years of software development experience with an emphasis on Java
● Fluency in Core Java
● Proactive, driven to excel and get things done on time
● Ability to work and deliver independently with little supervision
● BS in Computer Science, or equivalent (advanced degrees a plus)
● Passion for building top-quality user-interface products
● Strong communication skills (good written/spoken English skills is a must, at least intermediate)
● Understanding spoken Russian
● Job-hoppers are 100% no-go (at least 2 years at each company, the more the better. At least 1,5 years at the latest one).
Желательно
● Experience with Java GUI toolkits (Swing, AWT or similar); this could be
substituted with strong desire to learn Swing/AWT and related technology
● Familiarity with market data concepts and trading technologies and technical
experience with systems used in the capital & financial markets all are a
big plus
● Experience with Java development for mobile platforms
