Many thanks to everyone for your visit, comments and faves! Much appreciated! 😊
This was an "inspired" photo of sorts. For my Girl Natsumi (Nat) who's taught me a ton with my eaves dropping, shoulder leaning over and not caring if I ask to many questions friend.

ということで火をつけるという非常に難しいアニメに挑戦してみました、やっぱ腰を据えてる感は出づらいというか、人体のけだるい感じは今のボーン数では難しいです^^
This beautiful Camellia Sasanqua is called “Kanjiro”. I captured her sitting in quiet reflection on a piece of shiny mirrored glass in my front garden, on an unseasonably mild and sunny Autumnal afternoon.
This year the FFF+ Group have decided to have a weekly challenge called “Snap Happy”. A different theme chosen by a member of the group each week, and the image is to be posted on the Monday of the week.
This week the theme, “reflection” was chosen by Beverley, BlueberryAsh .
When I read what the “Snap Happy” theme was for the week, I rushed outside on a wave of creativity. I already had some boughs of Kanjiro inside in a tall Art Deco glass vase, cut to allow a repair man to do some maintenance to our bay window this week, and I had photographed some of the blooms earlier that day. I took one of my mirrors out and placed it in the middle of my front lawn and cut the perfect Kanjiro bloom from my hedge and placed it on the mirror. I wasn’t expecting such a pleasing effect. It also gave passers by a chance to stare at me playing with a mirror on my front lawn yet again, as I had several weeks ago when photographing “Heavenly Chocolate”. I’m sure they think me quite mad! The things we do for art!
Vigorous, Camellia sasanqua \'Kanjiro\' is a magnificent Japanese beauty with masses of large, single to semi-double, rich cerise blossoms. They are delicately shaded paler at the center and the base of the petals which gives the appearance of a central stripe. The blooms occur over quite a long period between March and June in the Southern Hemisphere which makes them very popular. They are often used for hedges or to cover walls.
For instance, light infantry has proven to be effective against tank units by exploiting a tank's limited field of fire and view when using grenades or anti-tank rockets.

This beautiful Camellia Sasanqua is called “Kanjiro”. I picked these delightful cerise blooms the other day and put them in a tall Art Deco glass vase on my kitchen bench. I captured them bathing in the dappled morning sunlight.

Mt. Fuji is considered to be the symbol of Japanese beauty and is often drawn in many art pieces.
An quick look procedure to see directly into a possible high-threat area where a threat may be concealed. This hasty glimpse method is designed to expose only the operator's eye position for a moment, with a quick observation into a non-cleared room or area, without creating additional jeopardy. One cautionary rule to remember is that once a quick peek is taken at one height, if it is to be repeated it should be done from a different height or position, as the threat may shoot at the last point the operator was seen looking from.

Kasuga Taisha Shrine locates in the central Nara Prefecture. The shrine was built in 768. It is one of the prestigious shrines in Japan, in terms of its history and beauty of architecture. The place is filled with uncontaminated air due to surrounded mature trees. Visitors can enjoy a sense of serenity by walk.
Only twice a year, 3,000 stone and iron lanterns have been illuminated by candle lights more than 800 years. I waited for a year to celebrate this moment. Unfortunately and very unfortunately a tripod is not allowed to use and so that I increased ISO. Nara is Japan's ancient capital before Kyoto. Its history, architecture and landscapes are deep and profound. I have discovered Nara!!!

Whether it be rivers, roads, tracks in fields -I've got a thing about meandering curves, and I know I'm not the only one!
Here one of my all time favourite trees; the invaluable Japanese maple variety "Sango Kako" formerly "Senkaki"
or coral bark maple, displays not only its glowing sealing wax red bark, but also the flowing curves which make up its elegant and graceful form.
The red & orange stemmed dogwoods & willows are also beautiful but not in the same league for intense colour & habit.
Had to use the 300mm lens to isolate the curving branch, so you don't get the full effect here but artistically it did what I wanted & gave the Bokeh of course.
Every afternoon around 3pm in my garden the sun lights up this tree & it glows brighter than any tree or shrub in full flower from October through to April - hope you like it :)
It's not Gun-Fight Scene, just fitting my new Bento Mesh Head on my Combat Outfits lol^^
I know you think it's only photoshopped effects on snapshot.

The significance of the cherry blossom tree in Japanese culture goes back hundreds of years. In their country, the cherry blossom represents the fragility and the beauty of life. It's a reminder that life is almost overwhelmingly beautiful but that it is also tragically short
