Hanabuddies is an online language learning platform dedicated to helping students learn Japanese in a fun, practical, and engaging way. We are currently looking for passionate Japanese language tutors who can teach Japanese and provide explanations in Chinese.
Role Description
This is a remote position for a Japanese Language Tutor (Chinese Speaking). You will conduct online Japanese lessons for students of various proficiency levels, using Chinese to explain grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and cultural concepts when necessary.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting online Japanese language lessons
* Preparing and adapting lesson materials
* Assigning homework and practice activities
* Monitoring student progress and providing feedback
* Adjusting teaching methods to suit different learning styles
* Maintaining professional communication with students
Requirements
* Native Japanese speaker or JLPT N1 equivalent proficiency
* Fluent spoken Chinese (Mandarin)
* Experience teaching or tutoring Japanese is preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Patient, engaging, and student-focused teaching style
