Top Gun: Maverick star Glen Powell reveals that Jamie Lee Curtis gave him a very NSFW wrap gift upon the conclusion of Scream Queens . Airing on Fox for two seasons from 2015 to 2016, Scream Queens is a horror-comedy series that tells the stories of various characters who are terrorized by a serial killer. The series earned generally positive reviews from both audiences and critics and featured real-life former scream queen Curtis as Dean Cathy Munsch.
Powell, who played Chad Radwell on Scream Queens until the character's death in season 2, is now better known for his role as Lt. Jake "Hangman" Seresin in Top Gun: Maverick . The Top Gun sequel sees Powell star opposite Tom Cruise, with the film already earning rave reviews from critics. Powell, like the rest of the cast, underwent what has since been dubbed "Tom Cruise boot camp," which included training flights in real-life fighter jets. Although there has been continued talk of reviving the show for a third season, Powell's character's death all but guarantees he would not be part of any prospective Scream Queens revival .
In a new interview on The Late Show With James Corden (via IndieWire ), Powell reveals that, upon wrapping Scream Queens , Curtis gave him a hilarious (and very NSFW) set of gifts. Not only did Curtis give him a DVD of her 1985 film Perfect , which features the actor doing a now-iconic aerobics dance, but she also gifted Powell a custom condom with her face on it. Powell explains that the gift was a reference to a sex scene he had done with Curtis, which was his first appearance on the show. Check out Powell's funny comments about the gift below:
“My first scene on the show is — we’re in bed, it’s like a sex scene. One thing she did give me is a not-safe-for-work sort of contraception with her face on it. She said, ‘Thanks for the ride of a lifetime.'"
It's customary for actors to give wrap gifts to each other, but Curtis' gift to Powell certainly is an interesting choice. The condom wrap gift isn't the only time Curtis has demonstrated her penchant for goofiness , however, with the actor also recently leading the cast and crew of Everything Everywhere All At Once in a silly warm-up routine that involved numerous hip-thrusts. Although Top Gun: Maverick has the potential to propel Powell to a new level of stardom, Curtis' gift seems like it will ensure he never forgets his experience on Scream Queens .
It remains to be seen whether Scream Queens will return for another season – after all, much of the core cast, including Curtis, remains alive. Powell's character, however, is definitely dead, which has thankfully opened the door for him to pursue exciting new acting gigs in massive movies like Top Gun: Maverick . It's unclear what the future of the franchise is after Top Gun: Maverick , but it's possible that the film will pave the way for Powell's Hangman and the other new characters to take over from Cruise.

Hollywood star Jamie Lee Curtis found herself being relentlessly mocked by Internet users on Tuesday after she posted “evidence” she found of a possible “conspiracy” that she claims may be in the works for President Donald Trump to steal the election.
The “Halloween” star took to social media on Tuesday afternoon to post a photo of a United States Postal Service van on the bed of a tow truck headed down a roadway. The photo seems to have been snapped from a driver’s seat.
“I swear, in broad daylight, the driver of the red truck has a red cap on with white letters,” Curtis tweeted. “Conspiracy? Outright attempt at stealing the election by denying the access of the @USPS? Let’s not let it happen! @JoeBiden.”

This immediately backfired on Curtis, however, as social media users wasted no time in pointing out how truly ridiculous this “conspiracy” of hers really is.

Most Twitter users didn’t even take the time to explain the foolishness of this tweet, however, instead going the route of blatantly making fun of Curtis’ stupidity.
“Yes, a broken down USPS truck headed in to be fixed is definitely proof of some sinister conspiracy and not an indication you need to trade the tinfoil hat in for some proper medication,” one social media user commented, with another adding, “Amazingly there are other teams, businesses, etc that also have red hats with white markings on them.”
“To preserve our election, we should avoid all ‘repairs’ on USPS vehicles — including oil changes,” a third user wrote. A fourth person tweeted, “I saw the same truck!! it said on his clipboard ‘steal ballots for Trump.'”
