JacksClub is another online casino working only with crypto assets. As I am a big fan of cryptocurrency gambling, I decided to test this website to find out all its nitty details. As always, to create this JacksClub review, I will use my own money to make a deposit, play casino games, check the promotions, and request a withdrawal.

Like many other cryptocurrency casinos, JacksClub operates with a license from Curacao. This is a good sign: the casino will not run away with your money and exit scam you. But you still need to be cautious while dealing with Curacao casinos. This licensing authority does not really protect players and, in most controversial cases, takes the side of gambling websites.
JacksClub was launched in 2020. During these years of operations, the casino had no issues related to payments. Despite that, I found three negative reviews on Trustpilot. These people complained that the casino changed the house edge of its games without any type of previous warning. This is an unpleasant experience, but while the house edge is officially visible for every game, it is not a crime to change it.
It is up to the player to check the RTP of each game provided and decide whether to play or not on this particular gambling website. I give this section of JacksClub’s review the maximum rating of 5 points. It seems that the casino is legit and works according to its Terms and Conditions (T&Cs).

The game selection published on JacksClub is definitely too small for everyday use and regular players. The casino lobby is divided into several sections, but you cannot sort the games by software provider, which makes it really hard to find a specific game.
I can see that there are only 315 games visible. I thought that some of the games could be locked due to my location. But still, other casinos have a larger number of games offered to users.

Promotions could have been the strongest part of JacksClub’s casino, but unfortunately, these promotions are mostly created for entertainment purposes. You will not win any significant rewards in any of the promos presented on the website, although the selection is impressive.
First, there are daily, monthly, and FUN contests. The daily contest rewards the players that made the largest number of wagers that day.
I was able to win a small prize during my two days test of the casino. I must say that the competition here is not that high and there is a real chance to win some nice prizes here.
The monthly wagering contest has the same logic: you need to place as many bets as possible during the month to win a prize.
The FUN battle is designed for those players that do not have a real money balance. Thanks to this promotion they can compete in two contests. You have to hit the largest profit playing with JCC fun coin in order to share the prize. The rewards in this battle are miserable, but this is not that important for a free-to-play promotion.
When you bet with real money, you will also be participating in another Jackpot promotion. Every bet has a one in ten million chance to hit the Jackpot. Do you feel lucky? You can try it!

The casino is also offering rakeback. However, it only becomes available on the 1st loyalty level program. You have to wager at least $5k in order to get there.

Below you can see all the levels and rewards that are available for loyal JacksClub players. I must say that the wagering requirements for achieving these levels are too high. It is really hard to reach even the 5th level if you are not a highroller.
I have made a 200 USD deposit, played here for two days, and I was able to wager only $1,500, which is not even enough to reach the first level.
From time to time, you will get rain drops. This is a reward that is randomly distributed among active players during the day. These rewards are miserable, but the promo is quite entertaining. These are some of the rewards received thanks to rain drops.
This is what my balance looks like after wagering 1,500 USD. I cannot exchange the altcoins for Bitcoin, and I also cannot place any bets with these coins, as it is not enough to place a minimum bet.
As you can see, the selection of promotions is impressive; the only problem is that most of these promotions are not available for regular players. I have only won a couple of dollars in the daily contest, but I was not able to reach the 1st loyalty level to receive a VIP reward or rakeback.
If your average deposit is $1,000+, then you would probably be able to reach the VIP status and take advantage of all the offers. But if you are a small player, then don’t expect to get any reasonable rewards. I give this section of JacksClub’s review 3 points out of 5. I like the idea of the promos that they offer to users, but it would be good to decrease the VIP requirements a bit so as to make the rewards available for everyone.

It is sad and hard to say it, but JacksClub has no customer support at all. I was not able to find any type of live chat service and I did not receive any response after sending an email to their support address. While the website works with no glitches and all the payments work well, the absence of customer support agents might not be a problem. But sooner or later, you will face up some issue that would require you to talk to a person, so there should be a possibility for users to receive assistance.
I give zero points to the casino in this section of the review. JacksClub should focus more on the customer support side, or at least check the support email from time to time.

I was not able to find any information regarding the usage of VPN in the casino’s Terms and Conditions. As there is no support available, it is impossible to verify if the usage of VPN is forbidden or not. Let’s assume that it is not against the rules to use a VPN, as there are no restrictions on that matter.
For this uncertainty, I can only give 3 points out of 5 in this section of JacksClub’s review.

Should you start playing at JacksClub casino? If you plan to deposit large amounts, then the perspective to receive a higher rakeback and VIP bonuses could be great. Nevertheless, there are three huge problems with this casino: the absence of dedicated customer support, a narrow selection of games, and withdrawal fees.
For some players, these issues can become serious blockers and it is better to choose another casino that does not have such problems.
