Captain Henry Lockhart St John Fancourt (1 April 1900 – 8 January 2004) was a British pioneering naval aviator, and held important aviation commands with the Fleet Air Arm during the Second World War. When Fancourt died at the age of 103, he was one of the last, if not the last, survivor who had actively been involved in the Battle of Jutland.

John Hood Garabedian (born December 20, 1941) is an American radio personality and disc jockey. He is best known as the creator and former long-time host of Open House Party. He has been involved in Massachusetts radio and television stations for more than 50 years. In 2013, he was awarded "Broadcaster of the Year" for the Massachusetts Broadcasters Association, and in 2014, inducted into the Massachusetts Broadcasters Hall of Fame. He is currently the President of Jamchannel, a syndication company that produces Liveline hosted by Mason Kelter, a live national weeknight show for Top 40 stations.

Weston Birch "Bert" Hall (November 7, 1885 – December 6, 1948) was a military aviator and writer. Hall was one of America's first combat aviators, flying with the famed Lafayette Escadrille in France before the U.S. entered World War I.

John Weston (aka Maximilian John Ludwick Weston ) was a South African aeronautical engineer, pioneer aviator, farmer and soldier. He travelled extensively in a motor caravan (RV) that he designed and built himself. Weston was a pioneer of aviation in South Africa. In 1911, Weston founded the Aeronautical Society of South Africa. The Society hosts a bi-annual memorial lecture in his honour.
