MyJiraBot application collects the following data:
- Your access_token.
- IDs of Telegram channels/groups you’d added our bot to.
- IDs of Google chat channels/groups you’d added our bot to.
- Your Jira type (Server, Cloud).
- Your messages type (Telegram or Google Chat).
- Marketing acquisition channels.
How do we collect your data?
You directly provide MyJiraBot application with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Use /start command for the first time.
- Grand access to your data on the Atlassian site.
- Perform any actions with our bot within your Telegram group/chat/channel.
How will we use your data?
MyJiraBot application collects your data so that we can:
- Properly display all updates from your Jira instance in the Telegram/Google Chat/Discord channels/groups you chose.
- Provide and support the app, including updating and maintaining.
How do we store your data?
MyJiraBot application stores your data at DigitalOcean data centers in Amsterdam.
MyJiraBot application will keep all mentioned data for the whole period of using the application. After that period once you run the /disconnect command in the bot and confirm your action - all data collected will be deleted.
