While other celebrities were posting BTS photos of their Golden Globes prep on Instagram this Sunday, Jennifer Lopez casually dropped a pic of herself hanging out in a bathing suit, as one does.
"#SelfcareSunday ✨🤍✨ @jlobeauty," the actress, 51, simply captioned the casually gorgeous photo. In it, J.Lo is wearing a plunge-front white one-piece swimsuit with a belt. The sides are cut up past her belly button, and her butt looks amazing.
And, yeah, fans of the multi-hyphenate icon definitely noticed. "You have discovered the fountain of youth. When will you share it with the rest of us? 😜," one person wrote. "HOW?????????" someone else chimed in. "Treasury house of hotness and beauty ❤️❤️❤️❤️🙌🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 LOVE YOU," another wrote.
Of course, the Marry Me star has made it super clear that she works hard to look that good, cycling through intense workouts and a strict diet to help her look all J.Lo-y.
The "In The Morning" singer's trainer Dodd Romero told O, the Oprah Magazine that J.Lo's usual core workout starts with a set of 50 hanging ab raises, 50 rope crunches, and 50 incline sit ups with a 45-pound plate. After that first set, she does 35 reps of each, and then 21. OMG.
She also works out pretty much every day, telling Us Weekly in 2015 that she "rarely skips a workout."
J.Lo eats really well, too. "Everything is fresh," trainer Tracey Anderson told People . "There’s nothing processed–just [protein powder] in a shake if we do a protein shake one day."
J.Lo also "stays away from processed foods and gets her nutrients from whole sources," Romero told US Weekly . Her go-tos: egg whites, white meat turkey, chicken breast, and grass-fed beef.
As for that booty… trainer David Kirsch, who has worked with J.Lo, told Byrdie that sumo lunges help the singer-actress get a tight and toned butt. (Sumo lunges are basically squats where you do a roundhouse-style kick to the side.) "It’s the perfect butt-shaping, hip reducing, lower half–sculpting maneuver," he said. "It targets the outer thigh and [can help] lift the butt, which seem to be two problem areas for a lot of women."

Jennifer Lopez just proved that she truly is not phased by, well, anything. During a recent show, her skin-tight bodysuit ripped in a rather unfortunate place. But, J.Lo being J.Lo, she embraced the funny situation in a recent TikTok video ...and flaunted her epic booty in the process.
Jennifer combined the video with the viral sound "Oh No" by Kreepa, and I can't stop watching it over... And over again. There was simply no caption needed.
Fans rushed to hype Jennifer up in the comments: "We love a Funny Queen who can take any situation 😂," said one. "She is a true professional 'The show must go on,'” another said.
It helps that the 52-year-old singer and actress continues to rock it out on stage, despite the small hole on her bum. A huge kudos here to her killer dance skills .
Wondering how to get an intense dance workout like J.Lo? WH spoke to her pole dance instructor Johanna Sapakie to learn the secrets behind Jennifer's iconic performances.
The two trained together for months before starring in Hustlers in 2019 and The Super Bowl Halftime show in 2020 , both of which incorporated pole dancing . Jennifer's sessions with Johanna focused on the complex full-body exercise that the aerial dance requires.
“Your body works as a total package," Johanna said. She advises her dancers to "divide the workload evenly between the parts of the body so that each part of the body is doing its job to facilitate the climb." I.e. all of your muscles are engaged for this workout.
To prepare for the intense sweat sesh, Jennifer worked on cross-training exercises with a special focus on her core , Johanna explained. Moves like dead bugs , CrossFit , and upper body exercises all helped boost her confidence and strength while dancing on stage and in the air.
Her washboard abs are an added bonus, of course.
She's also incredibly devoted to her fitness routine, exercising four to five days a week for at least an hour at a time, Oprah Daily reported.

The star stays away from processed food and sticks to complex carbs, such as sweet potatoes and quinoa , one of her trainers told UsWeekly. Of course, she also makes sure to have an adequate amount of protein in her diet to keep her properly fueled.

JENNIFER LOPEZ showed off her famous butt in a black thong swimsuit as she did some paddleboarding on quite the tropical getaway.
The 51-year-old - better known as JLo - and fiancé Alex Rodriguez were set to tie the knot this past summer but postponed it due to the coronavirus .
The entertainer was spotted kicking back in Turks & Caicos as she took some time to hop on a board and work on her paddleboard skills.
However, it was her choice of swimsuit that turned heads as she sported a black one-piece that cut low in the back.
Aside from putting her butt on display, the Hustlers actress - who was also make-up free while rocking a bun - showed off some side-boob.
Before hitting the clear-blue water, JLo relaxed on the beach with a white tunic dress on.
It should come as no surprise that JLo is still looking quite fit these days - she recently dropped jaws by sharing a photo while on the beach .
She captioned it: "Beach Bum," as fans couldn't help but respond with nothing but praise.
One wrote: "Perfection," while another added: "the real queen."
While the megastar looks she is currently living it up, not seen with her is former baseball player Alex, who she was supposed to walk down the aisle with in 2020.
Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, plans have been put on pause for now.
JLo previously told Andy Cohen on his radio show in December: "It was really sad because we were supposed to get married in June and we had planned it all.
"So in March or April, we're looking down the pipe and we're going, 'This is maybe not going to happen.' Italy's the worst place in the world. And we were going to get married in Italy. I was like, 'OK, we got to cancel everything.'"
JLo - who performed on New Year's Eve - called the turn of events "disappointing," but said she has faith in "divine time."
She continued: "It just kind of gave us a moment to pause and think about it. And I think it's something that maybe is still important to us, but there's no rush… it'll happen when it happens."
JLo shares 12-year-old twins, Maximilian "Max" David and Emme Maribel, with her ex-husband Marc Anthony - the former pair parted ways in 2014 after 10 years of marriage.
As for Alex , he is a father to two daughters, 16-year-old Natasha Alexander, and Ella Alexander, 12, from a previous marriage to Cynthia Scurtis.
