The IVY REC is slim and light so it’s easy to take with you whether it’s a planned photo shoot with friends or a spontaneous adventure. It’s also waterproof^ so you can shoot in the rain and shockproof^^ in case of an accidental drop.
^Waterproof to 2m/6.6 ft. for up to 30 minutes, based on IP68 testing. Tested in freshwater only. If exposed to non-freshwater, rinsing immediately with freshwater is recommended.

The IVY REC is slim and light so it’s easy to carry by hand or in a pocket, but it also features a built-in clip so you can conveniently clip it right to your belt loop, a backpack strap and more, showing it off and making it part of your ensemble in the process.
Staying connected gives you a variety of options with IVY REC. With built-in Bluetooth® and Wi-Fi®, along with the Canon Mini Cam app, you can shoot remotely using your compatible smartphone for selfies and group shots, use your phone’s screen for Live View^ so you can frame and capture your shot, and transfer your content from the MicroSD card to your device to view and share anytime.
^1080p video is not supported in Live View.
If you think you’ll want both pictures and videos of a scene, you might find the Multi-Mode is the way to go. When the dial is set to this mode, you can capture a photo by pressing the shutter button once, or if you hold the shutter button for a few seconds, you can easily switch to video. This way you’re able to get the moment you envisioned in both formats, and in less time.
Change the look and feel of your IVY REC to match your outfit, your outing, or just for a change of pace. With detachable faceplates (sold separately), you can mix and match as you wish and add some personality while doing so.
