Clare Solo is a highly advanced solo vocal library that rivals commercial libraries in terms of recording quality, scripting, and (of course) price! Lots of planning went into making this the most playable and inspiring vocal library available anywhere.
For help with downloads, please refer to the FAQ .
If you like the library, please donate! Your donations pay for performers, hosting, and the continued development of detailed, high quality libraries.
Allows for control of dynamics, legato switching, and the built in convolution reverb, and includes advanced options for tweaking legato and release sample parameters.
Clare Solo was recorded in a world class studio using handmade Cloud JRS-34 ribbon mics, running through a top of the line Millenia preamp and Aurora AD converter.
Most libraries with legato sampling use short, separately recorded transition samples. All legato samples in Clare Solo lead into a full length sustain, resulting in a beautiful, natural performance that is unmatched by most commercial libraries.
Clare Demer is an undergraduate vocal performance major at The University of Arizona, where she performed the role of Monica in Menotti's The Medium in Spring of 2014. In the summer of 2015, Clare was a fellow at the Toronto Summer Music Festival and a participant in the International Vocal Arts Institute in Montreal. Other training includes the Aspen Music Festival, SongFest at Colburn and Saarburg Chamber Music Festival. Among her many awards are Encouragement Award in the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions - Arizona (2014), winner of both the undergraduate and graduate divisions of the Amelia Rieman Opera Competition (2012, 2014), and second place in the American Prize in Art Song (2013).
While this library is provided free of charge, public redistribution of the library is prohibited. This is NOT a Kontakt player library, and requires a full version of Kontakt to run.

DC has announced a second story arc for Poison Ivy
Good news for Poison Ivy fans: It looks like Pamela Isley's adventures in her current solo series won't be ending anytime soon.
DC has announced an expansion of Poison Ivy, written by G. Willow Wilson and illustrated by Marcio Takara, which was previously solicited as a six-issue limited series slated to end this November. For now, the publisher has officially announced another six issues, but depending on the title's success, the series may continue even beyond issue #12.
There are few details about the new arc, but we know from DC's October solicitations that Pamela will be going abroad in her quest to save the world, and she'll be forced to confront the man she stole her powers from along the way.
When the comic's second arc begins in December, she'll surely have to handle the fallout. DC has teased even more character growth for Poison Ivy as she attempts to reconcile her overwhelming disgust at humanity's violence, excesses, and waste. The series will also continue to explore Pamela's love for the people in her life like on-again, off-again love interest Harley Quinn.
Issues #7 and #8 will feature guest artist Atagun Ilhan, one of the inaugural graduates of DC's Milestone Initiative . Regular series artist Takara will return with issue #9 in February.
Check out a cover gallery for Poison Ivy #6 and #7 below, featuring art by Jessica Fong, Warren Louw, Jenny Frison, Zoe Thorogood, Leirix, and Dan Panosian. Issue #7 will also feature a variant cover by Joshua Middleton.

Is a Poison Ivy Solo Movie in the Works at DC?
Megan Fox is waiting for her call...
Are we about to see a morally ambiguous, queer nature goddess dressed in green spandex on the big screen?
According to the geek culture site Giant Freakin Robot , that’s exactly what’s coming soon from DC Entertainment, as sapphic supervillain Poison Ivy could be joining the DCEU. Rumor has it that DC, the studio behind movies like The Suicide Squad and Birds of Prey , as well as stand-alone films like Joker , is putting into production a Poison Ivy solo movie.
Obviously, the project is in the early development stages, but fan and industry support for Megan Fox to play the role has been gaining steam lately. That train started when Fox was profiled in InStyle Magazine and said that she’d love to play a character in a Marvel or DC movie .
Last month, Fox’s assistant posted an image of Fox with the caption, “Poison Ivy? Expecting a call very soon” on her Instagram stories. Could that post be tied to this new rumor?
While the rumor is that this will be a Poison Ivy solo movie, many fans are begging that she gets to be onscreen with another queer villain, Harley Quinn.
Ever since the two characters shared a bed in an episode of Batman: The Animated Series , fans have been shipping the two rogues, and recently, their relationship has been made canon, both in the comics , and in Harley’s self-titled animated show on HBO Max.
Fans haven’t been the only ones clamoring for Poison Ivy to appear on the big screen again. DC’s own Harley Quinn, Margot Robbie, who has played the iconic character in three movies, has also said that she wants Poison Ivy to be in one of her next projects , and would love for the two to be a couple. So would we!!!
