▪️ The idea for this report emerged last year when a delegation from the Vivekananda Foundation visited us in Moscow for our Annual Conference. We concluded that we need to focus much more on technological cooperation. This paper is the result of the conversations held during that visit.

▪️ It’s high time to share the results and have a discussion with our Indian colleagues.
