Alesa is a New World ( Neotropical realm ) genus of metalmark butterflies found in northern South America.

This genus is distinguished by a vast sexual dimorphism receding somewhat only in one species. The body is slender, the head is broad and slanting, with a flat forehead and closely appressed (flattened) short palpi. The antennae are very long, only slightly thickened at their ends. The abdomen is long, in the male thin, in the female stout, but likewise stretched. The forewings are long with a very oblique distal margin. The hindwings are round, especially in the female. Cells of all the wings closed, the upper radial originates with the 3rd subcostal vein from the same place. Colouring of the females earthy brown, that of the males varying, but with a metallic lustre. [1]

Alyssa , also known as ItsAlyssa , is a former member of the Dream SMP and the sixth of the eight original members of the SMP. She joined on April 28, 2020 and was a citizen of the Dream SMP .

Alyssa is a human with light skin, blue eyes, eyelashes, and blonde hair. She wears a black sweater, black shorts, black shoes, and sometimes wears a black mask.

Alyssa is a kind girl who usually stays out of conflict other than occasionally going on killing sprees with her friends. Alyssa is most often seen with Ponk , Awesamdude , Dream , and Sapnap . However, she often keeps to herself in terms of interacting with newer members, and rarely appears on the server.

Alyssa was one of the eight original SMP members along with George , Sapnap , Dream , Callahan , Awesamdude , Ponk and BadBoyHalo . Along with the other original seven members of the server, she built the Community House . During her first days on the server, she tamed many dogs, constantly threatened to kill Beckerson and mined a lot.

Sapnap and Alyssa built houses near the lake, hers being made out of spruce and featuring a fish tank. It houses her horse as well.

Alyssa accused Tubbo of stealing her diamonds, forcing him to prove his innocence by getting a diamond achievement. She has had bad relationships with allies of him ever since.

After Sapnap burnt down Ponk's second lemon tree , Alyssa helped Ponk retaliate by burning down Sapnap's house . As a result, both of them got into many skirmishes with the opposing side which contained Sapnap, Tommy and Tubbo. Eventually, Ponk and Alyssa were beaten and she was repeatedly killed by Tommy due to it, however it made a lasting effect as when Dream joined to protect her and Ponk it would start a chain of events which would later be dubbed 'The Disc Saga'.

When L'Manberg was formed by some members of the server, Dream attempted to convince them to stop by using Alyssa as bait, but it failed. Soon afterwards, she burnt down most of the trees and wildlife by L'Manberg, but was spotted running away and was trapped before being killed over and over.

After a long period of inactivity, Alyssa and Awesamdude returned to the server on the same day. Upon her return, Alyssa built a wooden horse barn with a stone roof near the ocean in walking distance from Antfrost's animal sanctuary . Niki also confirmed at the time that Alyssa still played on the server while everyone else was offline. [1]

Although Awesamdude went on to be extremely active on the server, Alyssa continued her hiatus from the server after her brief return. She later confirmed that she is not on the server anymore in a conversation with Punz on Hypixel where she stated that she did not have the IP after it got changed. [2] Dream himself also confirmed that she is not on the SMP anymore during an interview with Anthony Padilla. [3]

Ponk has stated that Alyssa may make an appearance in the server's lore by providing voice lines for Ponk's lore videos despite her not having the IP. [4] [5]

Alyssa and Callahan were close friends. Their friend group has a running joke that they are dating, but they aren't.

Dream was Alyssa's close friend. Dream often helped Alyssa whenever she was online, notably fighting alongside her in the Disc Saga .

Alyssa helped Ponk after Sapnap burns his lemon tree. The two also fought alongside each other in the Disc Saga , and were almost always seen together when Alyssa was online.

Sapnap and Alyssa were somewhat considered rivals, as they fought on opposite sides in the Disc Saga and continue to fight whenever Alyssa happened to be online. However, most of this "fighting" was friendly banter.

Tommy had a strange vendetta for Alyssa, especially after fighting each other in the Disc Saga .
