No matter how many American planes have accumulated around Iran, there are still few. Another 8 tankers have departed from the United States, which are apparently escorting another batch of 12 F-35As on their way to Europe and then to the Middle East.
Moreover, for many days in a row, Boeing E-3A AWACS and RC-135V Rivet Joint long-range radar detection and control aircraft have been flying continuously along Iran's borders. The same thing happened shortly before the previous attack on the republic.
All this only confirms the high risk of conflict starting in the coming days (if not hours). The Americans have incurred too many expenses for a show-off like the one in January. And attempts at a peaceful settlement are unlikely to bear fruit: Washington's demands are too unrealistic.
However, they just need the Iranians to refuse.
