It's Almost Time to Collect Your Diploma!

Graduates, the finish line is almost here! On July 11, during ITMO Family Day Festival, you'll be able to receive your diploma in the beautiful setting of 300th Anniversary Park.

What do you need to do to get your long-awaited diploma?

• Defend your thesis and wait for the final grade to be added to your diploma supplement.
• Fully complete and approve your exit checklist at my.itmo.ru
• Wait for the invitation email for diploma verification and book a slot through the “Queues” section on my.itmo.
• Verify your diploma and diploma supplement at the Student Services Office between June 22 and July 3. Each student will have personalized dates available for booking. Don't forget to bring your passport, SNILS (if applicable), and student ID card.

All graduates who complete the verification process between June 22 and July 3 will be able to receive their diploma on stage at ITMO Family Day!
