Therefore, treatments for erectile dysfunction, including VIAGRA, should not be generally used in men for whom sexual activity is inadvisable because of their underlying cardiovascular status. PDE5 inhibitors, including VIAGRA, may potentiate the hypotensive effects of GC stimulators.
