Italian Housewife Pays His Debts
Two killings over the weekend have pushed the homicide number in St. Vincent and the Grenadines to 30.

On the heels of a weekend of shooting deaths and injuries, Leader of the Opposition, Dr. Godwin Friday, while speaking on Monday’s New Times radio programme on Nice Radio, declared:

In a recent court matter involving Tuckron Jacobs, 23, and George Bristol, 69-year-old farmer both of Lowmans Windward (see story on this page), Prosecutor Renrick Cato, in his recommendations for sentencing, commented on the recent spate of violence in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
Prosecutor Renrick Cato took the opportunity to highlight the miscreant behaviour that has crept into the society, something that he has to deal with on an almost daily basis.
I am completely out of ideas as to how to resolve the present situation between me and my wife.
It is true that I have been in deep debt since 2012, but I have been knocking my brains out trying to figure out how to get out of it.
On top of that, I got home one day and found my wife in bed with a man who I did not know. I stood outside the bedroom listening, and all sorts of things flashed through my mind.
When it was done and I confronted her, she told me that the man had promised to pay my bills off completely, and directed me to look on the kitchen table. I did as she said, and found the cheque for $95,000, the full amount I owed.
Notwithstanding, I was shocked to discover that my wife, who has always claimed to be so faithful and upright, would sell her body for $95,000.
She began crying and saying that she did it for me.. how she couldn’t stand seeing me so depressed. She wants me to forgive her because, according to her, her motives were correct.
What was more distressing, was that she was having unprotected sex, and her explanation for that was that the man requested it. It has been two months we have been trying for a baby, so if she gets pregnant now, how am to know whose child it is?
I am thinking she must have had something going with this guy before. I do not feel any love for my wife right now. I’m not at the house. I did take photos of both of them as proof just in case. I’m definitely getting a divorce! I rather remain in debt than to have my wife prostitute herself to get me out.
That cheque may have been written to cancel your debt, but it appears as though it has also cancelled your marriage.
I cannot speak to your wife’s real motive for doing what she did, but she should have looked beyond that $95,000 cheque and see the possible consequences of her actions, which range from contracting an STD to ending up without a husband.
Before you make any rash decisions, take enough time to cool your head, then consider the option of seeing someone who can help to remove the dark clouds that presently hang over your marriage.

In a tasty settlement, an Italian court has ruled in favor of a divorced father to make alimony payments to his ex-partner in the form of €300 ($333) worth of pizza every month.

Ex-wife Nicoletta Zuin, who took the case to court was more than unhappy with the final verdict, according to local newspaper Il Gazzettino .
The 50-year-old father, Nicola Toso, was accused of failing to make his monthly child support payments, when showing up with pizza instead of payments.
His ex-wife eventually had enough of seeing ham and mushroom toppings and took Toso to court in the city of Padua.
Judge Chiara Bitozzi said the man, who also happens to be a pizza chef, would be allowed to continue substituting money for Italy’s favorite dish, since he was reportedly unable to earn enough to make the full payments after being hit hard by the 2008 financial crisis.
“In lieu of money, the defendant offered his ex-wife the same amount of compensation in the form of take-away pizzas from his workplace, an offer promptly rejected as “beggar’s change,” Bitozzi wrote in her ruling, according to the Telegraph .
Toso’s defence attorney, Sonia Della Greca, argued that the pizza baker offered free food because he had fallen on hard times and big debts, but had continued with all other custody obligations since remarrying.
The daughter moved in with her father in 2011 following a deteriorating relationship with Zuin, the judge said.
