It is Something wrong

I see most people assuming ADHD is just a focus or attention problem. It is true that people with ADHD have a short attention span, but not for everything. I live with it, so I am writing all of this from my perspective.

The main problems are these: we can't feel love, rejection, admiration, or sadness the same way other people do, and that is one of the hardest things. It is like you can't even believe your mother loves you, or your sisters and brothers love you. This gets harder when you have lived your whole life not being a violent person. I sometimes think of myself as a hater because of the misunderstandings that happen inside me.

People with ADHD might lose their lives because of an immediate response to some kind of feeling. I fear losing my life by making an unerasable mistake. Some moments are okay for normal people, but for someone with ADHD, it might be something that causes them to hate themselves or commit suicide. But other people do nothing wrong; they are not the main issue. It is something wrong inside that I can't explain.

Friends, family, and society kill the ambitions that you might have had a chance to succeed with at an early stage of life. But I have never blamed them, because I know how bad of a kid I am—I can't even keep up with the work my parents give me. So, it has been my problem ever since.

God made me too self-aware, so I don't kill myself whenever I feel alienated. But sometimes it is hard to think about the future, and I choose to be in the present and focus. It is a trait, so sometimes I stare at the screen like I am doing nothing. I brag to myself that I remember birthdays so I don't have to write things down, but when I forget, it is like it never existed; it is fully deleted. I need things to distract me from these traits...

This was very personal, but if you are the same and living with ADHD, you are not alone. You still have the ability to win and succeed, and I believe I do, too. God bless you.
