Invitation to Bid - National E-Tender No: DRC

Laptop & Desktop Computers, Tablets & Printers
The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) is a humanitarian, non-governmental, non-profit organization founded into conflict-affected populations - refugees, internally displaced people (IDPs) and host communities in the conflict areas of the world.
The Danish Refugee Council in Ethiopia intends to contract suppliers for a period of a one-year framework agreement for the supply of laptops & desktop computers, tablets & printers. Interested & eligible Suppliers can request the tender dossier and instructions to suppliers by emailing to shambel.yifru@drc.ngo during working hours as 8:00 am to 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday start from April 27th up to May 1st, 2020.
Interested and eligible suppliers are therefore requested to send their stamped & scanned Bid documents via a dedicated tender email box at Tender.eth@drc.ngo on or before 10:00 am on the 4th of May, 2020 in the morning.
The bids should be sent in a separate two emails containing the technical and the financial offers), both bearing the relevant reference number mentioned above.
Bidders MUST provide valid business licenses, copy of TIN and VAT registration certificate.
Bidders are required to submit detailed specifications for the materials they quote a price for.
Bids submitted after the deadline or in violation of the formal requirements will not be considered.

SUBMISSION PROCESS
