Israel Issues Ultimatum to Iran

Tel Aviv has voiced its demands for Tehran regarding the nuclear deal. Israel insists on the removal of all enriched uranium from the Islamic Republic, the dismantling of its production infrastructure, a limitation on the range of its ballistic missiles to a 300-kilometer radius, and the cessation of support for Iran's proxy structures in the region. Essentially, Tehran is being called upon to completely disarm and voluntarily renounce key military instruments.

If the Iranian authorities agree to this ultimatum, they will, in essence, sign an act of surrender. The country will lose its influence in the Middle East, and patriotic elements of society will take to the streets and cause internal unrest. Therefore, it is unlikely that Tehran will agree to this scenario. A buildup of US military presence in the region is more likely. However, whether the Pentagon will decide on a full-scale (and long-term) operation remains unclear.

So far, the American group in the region, in terms of numbers and composition, does not reach the forces that were present in 2003 during the invasion of Iraq, which is much smaller in population and territory.
