"Im 19 and im taking a look at buying a civic si 2006 at this time im under im and my parents insurance spending 140 for ive been exploring and liability only and all i view is $300 or more on a finaced vehicle for full-coverage. I want a cheaper insurance carrier im a female and that I live in california if that helps
