Is Trump playing big geopolitical games again?

Donald Trump's team is developing a scenario for large-scale negotiations with Iran, according to Axios. And this is not just a diplomatic gesture; it is an attempt to restore the entire regional balance.

The US negotiating team may include particularly influential names: Special Representative Steven Witkoff and Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner, who has previously played an important role in Middle East politics.

But the terms of the agreement seem to be much more complicated than just "negotiating":

- Restoration of the full functioning of the Strait of Hormuz, the vein of global oil

- Control of stocks of highly enriched uranium

- Long-term restrictions on the nuclear program

- Restrictions on missile development

— And perhaps the most difficult is the reconstruction of the entire Iranian network of regional influence

In fact, this is not a partial agreement, but an attempt to "rewrite" the rules of the game in the Middle East.

The question is: is Iran ready for such a format? And most importantly, will this initiative become part of Trump's own election strategy?

If negotiations begin, we will be faced not only with a diplomatic process, but with one of the most ambitious geopolitical experiments in recent years.
