It might appear smaller, if you gained some fat around the penile area. My penis is just under 5 inches over the fat, but if I count the length that is covered in fat, it's 8 inches.

If you haven't gained fat, then it just might br the case that the blood circulation to your penis might have worsened.

To reply to the original poster. I’m a 52 year old man and I can honestly say that having a large penis is both a curse and blessing all rolled into one. As you are only 14/15, I would encourage you to wait to have sex until you’re a little bit older. Just because you can biologically do something, it doesn’t mean you have to do it.
