It’s a simple law of nature – men always want to know how they measure up to one another. Sometimes it’s about how their favourite team is doing, or what kind of car they drive but it’s all just a big song and dance for the real question – what are you packing? Yes, most statistics claim that the "average" male penis us somewhere around 5.5 inches, bone pressed. And most males (like 70%) fall somewhere between 5-7 inches. Meaning only 15% are below/above 5-7. So, according to most studies which only list 15% or that come in above 7, then continuing to taper off leaving roughly 4% over 8, and the last 1% coming in over 9.
All that said, I am 7.75 inches bone pressed, and while I have gotten many a compliments on it's size over the years, the fact that I am almost in the top 5% or so, just doesn't seem logical, as even coming in at 7.75, I've encountered plenty of men, who are much bigger than I am. R17 may be part of the explanation. Because I’ve definitely seen a lot of that small number that make up the 5% - and that is primarily the gay component of that 10%. I was once involved in a study where men put forth self measurements (at University) then we asked the group who self reported to be verified in a clinical setting. 40% declined.
