Iraq is on high alert, journalist Evra Sha told REN TV.
"The Iraqi government has confirmed its complete rejection of turning the country into a battlefield and has closed its airspace as a precautionary measure," the journalist noted.
According to her, the situation in Iraq is tense now, although the country has not yet officially and directly entered into a confrontation between the United States, Iran and Israel.
Earlier, one of the largest paramilitary movements in Iraq, Najba, announced its decision to support Iran.
