So assuming you tried with a known good screen that was tested working with a different device, you can conclude that you have board level failure.

Got something like this and what I've done is a little risky but it works everytime: using a suction cup, try to lift a little bit of the screen, insert a thin tool to bent the support of the screen screw inwards.
