CalmSync is a product-ready neurotechnology and Web3 behavioral infrastructure platform that recently emerged from stealth mode. We are building the world's first Proof-of-Mindset Protocol by combining EEG-based cognitive analysis, AI personalization, tokenized incentives, NFTs, and gamified engagement systems to help users measure, improve, and earn from cognitive performance and mental resilience. 
Role Overview 
We are seeking a highly polished, professional, investor-facing individual with proven Web3 fundraising and investor outreach experience. 
This is not a traditional marketing, community management, or BD role. 
The ideal candidate must have direct experience sourcing, engaging, nurturing, and managing relationships with Web3 investors, VCs, angels, launchpads, family offices, and strategic ecosystem partners. 
We are specifically looking for someone who has personally: 
• Conducted investor outreach 
• Built investor pipelines 
• Managed investor conversations 
• Participated in fundraising processes 
• Presented projects to investors 
• Assisted founders through investor due diligence 
A strong existing network of Web3 investors, funds, angels, launchpads, and ecosystem stakeholders will be considered a significant advantage. 
Compensation
