Investment Director @ Family Office

The Position

A large scale international single family office of prominent tech entrepreneurs is seeking an Investment Director with a proven track record in investments and capable of delivering superior results across traditional and alternative assets. An ideal candidate will have Big4, Big3 or IB experience and several years on the buy side. The position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a lean professional team managing a substantial portfolio across both Private and Public markets globally, including PE/VC fund investments, hedge funds, public equity and direct investment opportunities.

Specific Responsibilities

• Sourcing and evaluation of fund investment opportunities, direct investments, co-investments in line with the strategy
• Leading comprehensive due diligence processes 
• Preparing investment memoranda and investment recommendations
• Analysing historical investment performance, portfolio company performance, financial statements, financial models, and industry research
• Monitoring and optimizing existing portfolio investments

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of investment experience, focused on sourcing, evaluating and monitoring of private and public markets investments. Candidates without hands on private markets investing experience will not be considered
• Superior analytical skills, structured thinking and communication with ability to relay complex ideas in a plain and clear manner
• Fluent in English and Russian, excellent communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to interact on a C-level with companies, funds and other partners
• Willingness to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment
