About the role
We're hiring an Investment Analyst to work directly with our Managing Partner on deal analysis, financial modeling, and supporting the day-to-day operations of an active investment pipeline.
This is a contractor role, ideal for someone who already has a primary job (full-time or freelance) and is looking for a flexible side engagement with serious growth potential. We don't watch the clock. We care about deliverables, responsiveness, and quality. Some weeks will be all-hands-on-deck; others will be quiet. The right candidate thrives in that rhythm.
What you'll be doing
* Deal analysis: Evaluating real estate investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and synthesizing findings into clear summaries and recommendations.
* Financial modeling: Building, updating, and explaining pro-formas in Excel. Running sensitivity analysis and supporting investment decisions with rigorous numbers.
* Investor & partner materials: Building and updating PowerPoint decks, investment memos, and pitch materials with accurate, current data for each deal.
* Research & coordination: Conducting market research, tracking partner communications, following up on action items, and managing information flow across deals.
* Meeting support: Joining calls with our Managing Partner to take notes, summarize next steps, ask questions, and independently follow up on action items.
What you'll need
Must-haves:
* 1 - 3 years of experience in finance, investment, consulting, or a related analytical role
* Advanced Excel skills — you can build a pro-forma from scratch and explain every assumption
* Strong PowerPoint skills — you can produce a clean, professional investor deck
* Fluent English (written and spoken)
* Available during EST business hours for at least half a day (8 AM–1 PM or 12–5 PM EST)
* Comfort using AI tools to speed up research, modeling, and deliverables
* Reliable internet and a quiet space for video calls
Nice-to-haves:
* BA in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
* CPA, MBA, or relevant certification
* Background in investment banking, consulting, or a CFO/finance leadership role
* Experience in real estate, family office, or investment environments
* Marketing/design sensibility — basic graphic design, social media
* Hebrew language skills
* A portfolio of past financial models or investor decks you can share

Compensation & logistics
* $1,000 USD/month (fixed, paid as a contractor)
* ~30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling within EST overlap requirements
* Fully remote
