There are currently four sleeve designs available in Fleshlight’s Sex in a Can (or SIAC) series, all smaller and tighter than their regular counterparts. I have already reviewed the oral design ‘ Sukit Draft ’, and the Vampire themed ‘ Succu Dry ’; here I will be testing the anal design, ‘O’Doyle’s Stout.
O’Doyle’s (Back Door) Stout has the distinctive beer can ‘disguise’ that all the SIAC sleeves share, making it easy to hide discreetly - as long as no-one looks too closely! Like the other SIAC sleeves, O’Doyle’s Stout is just 7” long, significantly shorter than the regular 9” sleeves. This makes it ideal for guys with smaller penises, or those who find the full size sleeves too bulky.
You might also see O’Doyle’s Stout referred to as the ‘mini-Forbidden’. This is due to its resemblance to the popular full size Forbidden Fleshlight: it shares the same anal orifice and inner texture.
The entrance is a standard butt orifice, which leads to a tight (0.4”, or 10mm) passage, lined with small, gentle ribs. Less than 2” (45mm) into the sleeve, this passage opens out into the gentle wave texture which will be familiar to users of the Forbidden.
This relatively simple combination of textures is designed to create a realistic simulation of anal sex, with the tight ribbed entrance which opens out into a wider canal with waved sides for gently alternating pressure.
The entrance to the SIAC version is the same width as that of the larger Forbidden sleeve, but it feels even tighter. This is because of the smaller diameter of the outer case, which does not allow the Superskin material so much room to move and ‘give’ as the penis pushes into it.
The ribs provide a small amount of friction for the sensitive tip of the penis as it pushes past them, and this stimulation continues to move along the shaft as you push further inside.
Just like real anal sex, there is a definite feeling of ‘popping’ through the tight, narrow entrance and being welcomed by the soft walls of the second section. Here you will feel an undulating pressure which moves from side to side, creating a lovely massaging sensation along the whole length of your penis.
The realistic feel of this texture is enhanced by the increased tightness of the smaller case; it’s about as close to anal sex as you can get with a masturbation sleeve.
Personally, I was more comfortable with the larger version, but the narrow width and short distance to the main texture makes this a lot more accessible for smaller guys.
The straightforward texture makes this one of the easiest sleeves to clean . You can insert a finger to remove any residue from the ribbed section but the smooth walls of the inner section mean that clean running water will be enough to rinse it thoroughly. It will need several hours of drying time.
I’d recommend this as an anal style Fleshlight to guys with smaller than average penises. If you are average or larger then I’d recommend the full sized Forbidden sleeve, with the added bonus of a choice of Fleshlight Girls orifices.

Sex in a Can: Succu Dry : If the novelty cases or the small size of the SIAC sleeves appeals, why not take it a step further with this Vampire themed sleeve? The fanged vampire ‘mouth’ of the Succu Dry opens into a tight and (very) intense texture. Ideal for smaller guys who want to try something with a little extra bite!
The Forbidden : This is the ‘classic’ anal Fleshlight texture, in a standard 9” sleeve.
