I'm from Australia and I do a lot of programming in my free time. Sometimes I will just put on music and zone out, or I will occasionally watch some anime at the same time as I'm coding.

I've completed a few qualifications unrelated to programming, one being for digital media, one for business, one for food processing. I struggle to find employment due to the catch 22 of getting your first job.

I don't tend to stick around on a platform for more than a few years at a time, and usually tend to leave it when the platform becomes too large to maintain a level of contact between the management and regular users. Fortunately, telegram Devs are still accessible to the community even if they can't respond to every single user.

So. Are u here (in CW) as part of development team oO ???

No I'm not a game Dev, although it is a common misconception that people make. I'm frequently involved with the community, and occasionally help them with random odds and ends every few months. Whether it be testing an update to the game API, or to translate the post from koltsov's channel.

I came to chat wars from another game called Ingress in january-february 2018, l and a couple months later I also started to play in classic.

I don't understand a word of Russian (except maybe axaxaxaxa which I doubt counts as a word) but the game UI is fairly consistent and is expressed with an emoji so it's not that hard to work around the language barrier.

Only generally, i only really know that is a comback like "no u"

U've said about ingress.  Ingress is a game where u can't play without strong opponents - it won't be fun when u have no portals to bomb. And so is in our game, don't u think so? When one castle can do whatever they want - it's not so interesting as challenge play.

Ingress is not a good comparison to chat wars in terms of teams. Ingress only really has two sides (3 if you count the people neither faction wants). Chat wars has seven teams, although it can be grouped into 2 or 3 depending on the alliance situation at the time.

While ingress is aiming to be inherently balanced by having an even spread of players across both teams, chat wars is made around balance within imbalance by having an odd amount of teams

What are your thoughts about current politics in cw3?

I know very little about the political climate within cw3 (even if I'm in one of the alliance chats lmao), and I tend to try to be around for english speaking things. But if I think something is probably worth knowing about I may throw it into a translation bot or ask someone for a tldr

And what are u thinking about last cw update? It's like ingress "go back to lvl 1"?

I think the latest update is an important step for character progression and for ensuring veteran players don't start leaving the game due to a lack of new content. By allowing players to play again as a different class, it unlocks a lot more of an opportunity to see things from the perspective of another class you always thought was stupidly op

It also buys the Devs time to come up with new content that all players can enjoy and not just benefitting the veteran players

So will u reroll? u're the blacksmith... all that quality craft...

I have gone from knight to collector in EU, but I think I'll stay as a blacksmith in cw3. I think it suits my level of activity in the game
